Our client is looking to recruit an HR Administrator to join their HR Growing team.
Job Outline:
The Human Resources Administrator will support the HR department with various administrative tasks including work permit applications, employee records, benefits administration, and compliance. The role also involves assisting with recruitment and handling HR-related queries from employees and external partners.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare employment contracts, work permits/visa applications, contract extensions, changes, and terminations;
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records, including personal information and job details;
- Manage employee benefits, including enrolment, communication, and issue resolution;
- Ensure compliance with all applicable employment and labour laws;
- Assist with recruitment activities: posting vacancies, screening CVs, scheduling interviews, and supporting related tasks;
- Update internal databases and organise personnel files;
- Prepare necessary documentation for employment of non-EU citizens;
- Communicate with employees on HR-related matters such as benefits, policies, and procedures;
- Provide general administrative support as required;
- Assist with receptionist duties when needed;
Requirements:
- Diploma in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field (considered an asset);
- Previous experience in an administrative or HR support role preferred;
- Familiarity with HR Management Systems and Applicant Tracking Systems;
- Strong knowledge of employment law;
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint);
- Excellent organisational and analytical skills;
- Strong written and verbal communication skills;
- High attention to detail and accuracy;
- Ability to work effectively under pressure in a fast-paced environment;
- Flexibility and adaptability to changing priorities;
- Discretion in handling confidential information;
- European passport or valid work permit for Malta;
- Clean police conduct certificate
