Our client is looking to recruit an HR Administrator within their HR & Administration team.
The HR Administrator will play a key role in supporting the smooth and efficient operation of the HR department’s daily activities. This role involves contributing to the implementation of the organisation’s HR strategy and delivering a comprehensive HR service. Responsibilities include assisting with recruitment, employee relations, talent management and retention, performance management, as well as supporting skills development and professional growth initiatives.
Duties & Responsibilities:
- Coordinate and support the interview process;
- Oversee the advertising of vacancies, review applications, and liaise with recruitment agencies or head hunters;
- Administer probationary reviews, contract renewals, and terminations;
- Assist in preparing and processing contracts for new hires;
- Support the onboarding and induction process, ensuring all records are accurate, up to date, and communicated effectively to the relevant line manager;
- Maintain and report on sick leave records, liaising with the company doctor as necessary;
- Draft and issue employment contracts;
- Handle responses to freezing orders and information requests;
- Manage time and attendance records for designated departments;
- Prepare and issue job offers;
- Distribute and monitor the submission of timesheets;
- Support compliance with employment regulations across various entities;
- Monitor and address shortages or outstanding amounts due from employees.
