We are seeking an HR Administrator to support the HR functions of our client, focusing on performance management and employee relations. Your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to, processing Time and Attendance, maintaining accurate records, and managing benefits administration, ensuring smooth operations across these areas.
Main Responsibilities:
- Ensure Managers update time and attendance in the HR payroll system.
- Input authorised adjustments and inform the Head Office.
- Submit Payroll and Salary information to Head Office by cut-off dates, including closing payroll in the HR system and sending change sheets.
- Prepare weekly Time and Attendance reports for agency workers.
- Monitor probation/contract periods and obtain feedback from Managers before expiration.
- Prepare necessary employee documentation, including contracts, appointment letters, and termination forms.
- Notify Head Office of updates to staff salaries, allowances, promotions, engagements, and terminations.
- Maintain up-to-date records in HR systems for leave, absences, and personal time.
- Assist with the Performance Management Programme, ensuring updated job descriptions, training plans, and final appraisals.
- Prepare reports on Overtime, Leave, Sick leave, and other HR-related matters.
- Analyse sick leave trends, manage the Sick leave system, and inform Managers and the company doctor of sick leave.
- Provide first-line support to Managers and Supervisors on the Collective Agreement, employment laws, and HR matters.
- Assist with organising health assessments and communicating results to employees.
- Contribute to the administration of the HR Department.
- Help coordinate training with managers and ensure HR systems are updated with training records.
- Assist with ad-hoc projects as needed.
The successful candidate will ideally have at least O-level education, with further qualifications being a plus. They should have a good command of English, both written and spoken, and possess a keen eye for detail. The ability to manage sensitive and confidential information is essential, as is familiarity with Microsoft applications and IT systems. A strong sense of discipline is required to maintain the accuracy and integrity of employee data, including Time and Attendance records. Good interpersonal skills and a proactive attitude towards learning and personal development are also important for this role.
