Our Client, a reputable Group of Companies specialising in sports and fashion retail, is currently searching for an HR Administrator to join their team.
Main Responsibilities:
- Administration of the recruitment process;
- Preparation and processing of employment contracts;
- Coordinating the onboarding process;
- Administration of work permits for Third Country Nationals;
- Dealing with day-to-day HR queries and advising in line with the current policies and procedures;
- Producing HR reports and presentations;
- Providing support in the accurate processing of payroll and benefits;
- Administration of training programmes and respective processes and documentation;
- Assists with planning and execution of employee benefits and employee events;
- Performs other duties as assigned.
We are seeking candidates in possession of an MQF 4 qualification in HR, Business Administration, or a related field. Also, a Bachelor’s degree in Human Resource Management or similar is preferred. Previous experience in HR will be considered an asset.
Basic salary between €22,000 - €25,000. This opportunity is Full-time / Reduced (30hrs)
