Our client is a reputable Financial Service that offers their clients various loan support. They are currently looking to recruit a Home Loan Officer!
Responsibilities:
- Consulting with potential loan applicants on any queries.
- Gather the necessary financial information for the loan applications, assessing the applicant’s eligibility and preparing files accordingly.
- Pro-actively promoting the business to clients.
- Ensuring that credit quality standards are met and processed as per company policies.
- Meeting with clients both at the offices or other premises as required.
- Inputting of loan file documentation into the software program.
- Develop referral networks and cross-sell products to accomplish targets.
Candidates must be in possession of an Award in Maltese Home Loan Finance Qualification (AMHLF). Previous experience in a similar role would be ideal. Solid knowledge in banking and financial process, as well as excellent communication skills in English and Maltese.
