- Executing assigned duties pertaining to the day-to-day functioning and administration of the Institute, adhering to the directives and regulations established by the Institute's Committee.
- Identifying prospects for crafting professional, cultural, and social initiatives tailored to bolster the continual professional advancement of the Institute's clientele.
- Supervising allocated resources to ensure effectiveness, adherence to regulatory mandates, and benchmarks.
- Upholding and augmenting the existing clientele and business affiliations, while simultaneously fostering new business liaisons.
- Formulating, disseminating, and uploading requisite marketing materials as deemed necessary.
- Enhancing and sustaining the Institute's repertoire of products and services.
- Proposing concepts for events and conferences designed to spotlight the offerings and products the company within the industry, thereby elevating the Institute's prominence.
The ideal candidate must exhibit fluency in both Maltese and English, innovative thinking for identifying new business opportunities, goal-driven performance, and adeptness in managing deadlines are imperative. A solid grasp of the financial service sector is a plus.
Salary package of €30,000 + annual bonus.
