Our client in the FMCG industry is seeking to recruit a Head of Sales & Marketing. This role requires a seasoned professional to spearhead the company's Sales and Marketing strategy, driving growth, profitability, and market expansion. Reporting directly to the CEO, this individual will lead the sales and marketing teams while expanding the portfolio of local and international beverage brands, ensuring outstanding customer service and satisfaction.
Key Duties & Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement comprehensive sales and marketing strategies to meet business goals;
- Lead and manage the sales and marketing teams to drive revenue growth across diverse market segments;
- Build and nurture strong relationships with key clients, principals, and stakeholders;
- Analyse market trends, competitor activity, and customer needs to identify growth opportunities;
- Oversee the development and execution of marketing campaigns and new product initiatives;
- Manage the department's budget and resources, ensuring efficient use of marketing assets;
- Track key performance indicators, providing regular updates on sales and marketing progress;
- Collaborate with other departments and subsidiaries to ensure a unified and seamless customer experience
Qualifications & Experience:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field;
- Demonstrated success in a senior sales and marketing role;
- Proven ability to consistently meet sales targets and drive business growth;
- Strong leadership and team management skills;
- In-depth knowledge of the local FMCG industry and market dynamics;
- Advanced digital skills, data analysis expertise, and proficiency in CRM systems;
- Excellent communication, negotiation, interpersonal, and presentation abilities
