Key Responsibilities:
- Strategize and lead all operational functions, establishing policies for maximum efficiency.

- Manage resource allocation and operational budgets for optimal performance.
- Build and mentor a high-performing operations team, promoting collaboration and continuous improvement.
- Implement and monitor quality control measures to maintain product/service standards.
- Optimize supply chain operations from procurement to distribution, fostering strong vendor relationships.
- Identify and mitigate operational risks to ensure business continuity.
- Contribute to the overall business strategy, providing insights for operational improvements aligned with organizational goals.
- Establish and analyse key performance indicators to drive operational efficiency and improvement.
Key Deliverables:
- ERP Implementation: Lead the implementation and maintenance of the new ERP system.
- Global Warehouse Stock Management: Oversee stock management across all global warehouses.
- Logistics Operations: Manage all B2B and B2C logistics operations.
- Technical Operations: Oversee technical aspects of product development and supply.
- IT Infrastructure: Manage and maintain IT infrastructure.
- Office Management: Oversee office operations.
