Are you looking for the next step with a leap into Senior Management?  A new position has just been confirmed with one of our clients, a top international company, which is looking for a Head of Commercial to expand the business while providing optimal service and building strong relationships with key clients. This is a unique opportunity for the right person to support a fast-growing business and eventually to be part of the Senior Management team. 

Main responsibilities

  • Plan and implement business development, sales, and marketing strategies.
  • Responsible for tendering processes, considering customer requirements as well as national and international regulations.
  • Ensure optimal customer experience and maintain strong relationships with key customers.
  • Submit bids for new projects and negotiate contract terms and conditions.
  • Lead and manage the Commercial team and identify training and development opportunities to achieve the best possible performance.
  • Manage annual budgets.
  • Report KPIs and identify opportunities for improvement.

The ideal candidate is sales-driven and customer-focused and has at least 5 years of experience in a similar position. He/she is a strategic thinker who knows how to research markets for new business opportunities and has strong management and negotiation skills, coupled with positive leadership abilities and attitude.
