One of our clients, a top international company focused on security, is looking for a Head of Commercial to ensure optimal service and build strong relationships with key customers.
- Plan and implement business development, sales and marketing strategies.
- Responsible for tendering processes, taking into account customer requirements as well as national and international regulations.
- Ensure optimal customer experience and maintain strong relationships with key customers.
- Lead and manage the sales team and identify training and development opportunities to achieve the best possible performance.
- Create and manage annual budgets
- Report KPIs and identify opportunities for improvement
The ideal candidate is customer focused and has at least 5 years of experience in a similar position. He/she is a strategic thinker who knows how to research markets for new business opportunities and has strong management and negotiation skills.
This is an on-site position and the company offers a base salary of €40,000 + allowances + health insurance.
