Our client is looking to recruit a Group Marketing Manager to join their growing company.

Job Outline:

The Group Marketing Manager will be responsible for creating and implementing effective marketing strategies aimed at strengthening brand presence, increasing market share, and driving profitability across all business units. This role calls for a strategic and analytical leader who can work collaboratively across departments, using data-driven insights to support the company’s overall objectives.

Key Duties & Responsibilities:

- Design and execute marketing plans that support the company’s overall business objectives and growth targets;

- Carry out market analysis and trend monitoring to uncover new opportunities for business development and differentiation;

- Keep a close watch on competitor activity and adapt marketing approaches to ensure continued market relevance and advantage;

- Develop, launch, and refine integrated marketing campaigns across various channels (including digital, print, social media, and events) to strengthen brand visibility and drive lead generation;

- Oversee campaign budgets, ensuring efficient use of resources and a strong return on investment;

- Track and evaluate campaign outcomes, delivering clear performance reports and strategic recommendations to the board of directors;

- Manage and uphold the group’s brand identity, ensuring cohesive and consistent messaging across all channels and communications;

- Act as a brand ambassador by participating in trade shows, conferences, industry events, and networking activities to enhance brand presence and visibility;

- Collaborate with internal teams, including sales and operations, to develop and execute cohesive, results-driven marketing campaigns;

- Build and maintain effective partnerships with external agencies, vendors, and other key collaborators;

- Monitor and evaluate key performance indicators such as website traffic, customer engagement, and search rankings to assess campaign effectiveness and guide strategic planning;

- Compile comprehensive reports and presentations to update senior management on marketing performance and insights;

- Keep abreast of the latest industry developments, innovative technologies, and marketing best practices;

- Undertake additional responsibilities as assigned by the directors;

Qualifications & Skills:

- A Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related discipline;

- A minimum of 5 years' experience in a senior marketing position, ideally within a diversified business environment;

- In-depth knowledge of digital marketing, campaign execution, and data-driven analysis;

- Exceptional communication, leadership, and project coordination abilities;

- Proficient in marketing platforms and tools such as Google Analytics, CRM systems, social media channels, Microsoft Office Suite, Canva, and others
