Our client is seeking a dynamic and experienced Group CRM Manager/CRM Specialist to join our team. The Group CRM Manager will be responsible for overseeing the development, implementation, and management of our customer relationship management strategies across all business units within the organization. This role requires a strategic thinker with excellent leadership skills and a proven track record of driving customer engagement and retention.

Main Responsibilities

Implement and customize Microsoft CRM to align with our business requirements.

Train and support team members in efficient CRM usage.

Analyse customer interactions within the CRM to improve engagement strategies.

Collaborate with sales, marketing, and support teams for CRM alignment.

Ensure high data quality within the CRM system.

Generate and analyse reports on CRM activities and customer feedback

The ideal candidate should have a 'can-do' attitude and good communication skills. Candidate should have at least 3 years experience in similar experience while having a bachelor's degree in business, Computer Science or related field.

This opportunity is based in Malta however there might be possibilities for travel.

The role offers a 37k package excluding performance bonus and group health medical insurance.
