Reporting to the managing partner, responsibilities include:
- Overseeing group performance, ensuring work Is efficient and effective.
- Analysing group performance and productivity
- Ensuring work output and quality is optimised
- Identifying and reducing any problematic areas, coming up with efficient solutions
- Identifying strategies for profitable growth and development to ensure best client and employee experience
The ideal candidate is experiences in a similar role such as any senior leadership position with a background in finance. Additionally he/she has an entrepreneurial mindset as well as a passion for people.
