One of our clients, a Financial organisation is looking for a Front Office Administrator to ensure the smooth operation of the reception area while maintaining a positive attitude towards colleagues, stakeholders and suppliers.
Main duties:
- Greeting guests and coordinating activities at the front desk
- Handling phone calls, emails and correspondence.
- Assisting with meetings preparations
- Processing invoices, payments and reconciliations.
- Handling travel arrangements
The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills in Maltese and English, and have previous experience in a similar position. He/she enjoys working in an office environment, is proficient in Microsoft Office and has an MQR level 4 qualification.
The position offers a salary of €22,700, and is 100% on-site, with flexible weekly working hours and reduced working hours during the summer months.
