Our esteemed client takes great pride in their cutting-edge technologies and top-notch security services. As their team continues to expand, they are currently in search of a Front & Office Administrator.

Main Responsibilities: 

  • Manage incoming telephone calls and effectively route inquiries to the appropriate department or individual.
  • Foster and uphold effective communication channels with both clients and employees.
  • Schedule appointments for the CEO & CPO.
  • Collaborate closely with the CPO in supporting the Academy Board of Studies, including document updates such as module courses.
  • Oversee the annual renewal process for security licenses and streamline the associated procedures.
  • Coordinate courier services and liaise with our drivers for timely collections and deliveries.
  • Collaborate with our inspectors to conduct spot checks on employee sick leave records.

The ideal candidate should possess similar experience in front office and administration roles, customer care, and/or personal assistance. Proficiency in basic Excel and Word operations is required. Excellent written and spoken communication skills in both English and Maltese are essential for this role. The successful candidate will exhibit strong organizational abilities, ensuring efficient workflow within our organization.
