Main duties: 

  • Ensure accurate recording and meticulous reconciliation of all revenue transactions in accordance with the company's financial records.
  • Undertake specialized projects and additional financial responsibilities as assigned.
  • Execute efficient invoice posting processes.
  • Contribute to month-end routines, including comprehensive balance sheet account reconciliation excluding banks.
  • Collaborate and maintain effective communication with suppliers.
  • Keep receivables and payables ledgers up-to-date as necessary.
  • Conduct thorough bank reconciliations to ensure accuracy.
  • Prepare bank payments with precision and attention to detail.
  • Oversee the purchase order system to facilitate smooth operations.
  • Manage various finance administration tasks, including systematic filing.

We're seeking a candidate with an Accounts Technician Diploma, a minimum of 2 years' finance-related experience, excellent MS Office skills, and a strong grasp of Advanced Accounting. Your analytical mindset, meticulous nature, and adept problem-solving, combined with a collaborative approach and effective communication skills, will be key assets for this role.

Salary brackets from €19,000 - €25,000 depending on experience.
