Duties & Responsibilities:
- Prepare management accounts and internal financial reports;
- Handle VAT, tax filings, and statutory reporting requirements;
- Assist in preparing annual budgets, financial forecasts, and cash flow statements;
- Oversee customer and supplier invoicing processes;
- Manage payment processing and bank reconciliations;
- Resolve billing disputes related to customer and supplier invoices;
- Supervise the day-to-day operations of the Finance department;
- Collaborate with external auditors and financial consultants;
- Identify and implement improvements in financial reporting, budgeting, and forecasting;
- Ensure all tasks are completed efficiently, meeting deadlines and maintaining accuracy.
Experience & Expertise:
- A Bachelor's or Master's degree in Accountancy, or currently pursuing ACCA;
- Preferably three years of experience in accounting or finance;
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, with advanced knowledge of Excel;
- Strong written and verbal communication skills;
- A collaborative and team-oriented mindset;
- Exceptional attention to detail;
- Ability to manage challenging or sensitive situations with professionalism and discretion;
- Strong multitasking skills and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, high-demand environment.
