We are currently recruiting for a client of ours, a CSP in Malta holding an impressive portfolio of international clients. They are currently seeking a Finance Executive for their accounts department.
Responsibilities include:
- Maintaining of the company’s books of accounts.
- Carrying out month-end accounting procedures and reconciliations.
- Actively involved in the group overall billing and credit control function.
- Assisting with the preparation of routine management accounts and annual financial statements.
- Assisting the Accounts Manager on the general financial management.
- Participating in staff training programmes.
The ideal candidate should possess the following qualifications and skills: They should be in the early stages of ACCA or AAT, with candidates who are part-qualified also being considered. Previous experience in finance, specifically within an internal accounting function, is essential. Additionally, candidates must demonstrate strong communication, organisational, and problem-solving skills. Experience with cloud-based accounting software, particularly XERO, will be considered an asset.
The role offers a salary bracket between €22,000 - €28,000 depending on candidate's background. Additional benefits include hybrid working, study leave, salary increase upon successfully completing each examination, health insurance.
