Our corporate client is looking to recruit a Finance Clerk with their Finance Team.
The selected candidate will join a dynamic team that works with a predominantly international client base spanning various industries, along with the firm’s private clients. Duties & Responsibilities:
- Organising and prioritising the issuance of invoices;
- Handling invoice-related queries and maintaining communication with clients;
- Accurately managing and updating customer ledgers;
- Assisting with general office and accounting tasks as needed;
- Staying informed on relevant legal developments;
- Supporting billing activities within the Local Litigation department;
- Ensuring tasks are completed within set deadlines;
- Delivering high-quality service to clients
Requirements:
- A minimum qualification of Advanced Level in Accountancy;
- Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook;
- Strong verbal and written communication skills in both Maltese and English;
- A collaborative team player with the ability to work effectively within a group
