We are looking to recruit a Finance Assistant for our client, an innovative company holding a diverse, close-knit team of professionals. 

Main Responsibilities:

  • Preparing, issuing, following up on, and reconciling customer invoices;
  • Reviewing supplier invoices and processing payments upon approval;
  • Assisting in monitoring, managing, and reconciling bank accounts;
  • Supporting the company’s petty cash management process;
  • Collaborating with internal teams to investigate and resolve billing discrepancies on supplier invoices;
  • Ensuring accurate recording and entry of financial transactions into the accounting system;
  • Reconciling customer and supplier accounts;
  • Identifying and resolving discrepancies through coordination with internal departments and/or customers;
  • Performing assigned tasks in an organised and structured manner while meeting key deadlines;
  • Providing support to stakeholders and customers as required;
  • Recommending process improvements to enhance accuracy, efficiency, and cost-effectiveness;
  • Assisting the Head of Finance with additional responsibilities as needed;
  • Carrying out any other tasks assigned by the Head of Finance or management.

We are looking for candidates having at least 1 year of experience in a Finance or similar role. A minimum of an Ordinary level of education in accounts would be considered an asset. This is a role guaranteed to enhance your career in Finance!
