Our client is an established financial service offering a wide range of financial solutions to their clients. As the company is growing, they are currently seeking to recruit a Finance Assistant to join their team!
Being part of the Finance Team, you will be responsible for the following:
- Posting of payments
- Performing bank reconciliations
- Inputting purchase and sales invoices
- Posting bank payments, journal entries and bank receipts
- Preparing bank and vendor payments
- Maintaining documentation
- Administrative tasks
- Initial stage of ACCA / relevant qualification
- Proficient in the use of various Microsoft Office applications
- Assertive, responsible, and a team player
- Minimum of one year experience in an office environment
