Our client is looking for an Executive Housekeeper, where your passion for excellence and leadership skills will play a vital role in ensuring their hotels meet and exceed high-quality standards.

Main responsibilities:

  • Spearhead the maintenance of the hotel's pristine cleanliness and adherence to our elevated quality standards.
  • Strictly adhere to safety regulations to maintain a secure work environment for all.
  • Facilitate effective communication within the Housekeeping Team, ensuring they are well-informed to perform their duties efficiently.
  • Uphold guest satisfaction by delivering prompt and exceptional service.
  • Lead the recruitment and training of new team members, ensuring their competence and dedication to their roles.
  • Manage inventory by ordering supplies as needed and maintaining meticulous records.

To thrive in this role, you should have a solid background in housekeeping, along with demonstrated leadership experience. Exceptional organizational skills and acute attention to detail are essential. Proficiency in both written and spoken English is crucial. Computer proficiency is a must, and you should be prepared to handle various situations and guide your team to peak performance.
