Our very well known client is looking to recruit an Executive Assistant to the Group CEO. The chosen candidate will be responsible for providing comprehensive administrative support to the Group Chief Executive while overseeing the daily operations of the executive office.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee and coordinate the Group CEO’s schedule, meetings, and appointments;
- Prepare agendas, maintain meeting records, and track follow-up actions;
- Assist with drafting reports, presentations, correspondence, and conducting research;
- Serve as a liaison with internal teams, clients, suppliers, and external partners;
- Support the execution of the Group’s compliance initiatives;
- Manage reporting duties as delegated by the Group CEO;
- Contribute to the planning and execution of major corporate events;
- Coordinate office administration and facility-related services;
Qualifications & Requirements:
- Possesses a high level of professional integrity, is proactive, and demonstrates excellent verbal and written communication skills;
- Has strong organisational skills and the initiative to effectively prioritise a varied workload;
- Displays a positive, energetic, and confident attitude, with a high level of enthusiasm;
- A degree-level education (or equivalent) is preferred;
- Prior experience in a similar position is highly desirable;
- Strong interpersonal skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office are essential.
