Main responsibilities of the role include:
- Taking part in the recruitment cycle as well as onboarding and induction process
- Ensuring departmental policies and procedures are followed
- Assisting in overseeing training function
- Ensuring smooth running of the office and maintain its condition
- Identifying employee and culture related issues
- Assist in any other day to day duties
The ideal candidate is in possession of a Degree level of education or equivalent (MQF level 6), and a minimum of 3 years experience. He/she must have proven leadership skills, the ability to work well in a team, fluent in both English and Maltese.
