Main responsibilities:
- Aggregate, scrutinize, and furnish ESG data, metrics, and KPIs to both internal and external stakeholders, assuming a pivotal role in the development of ESG reports and disclosures.
- Contribute to the formulation and implementation of the ESG strategy while adhering to industry benchmarks and fulfilling the expectations of the stakeholders.
- Remain at the forefront of ESG trends, emerging best practices, and regulatory advancements. Conduct in-depth research and benchmarking to identify areas for enhancement and innovative ESG strategies.
- Collaborate closely with interdisciplinary teams to institute ESG policies, guidelines, and protocols that align with global standards, regulatory prerequisites, and bolster our ISO certification endeavors.
- Conduct comprehensive assessments of ESG risks, identifying potential environmental, social, and governance challenges and opportunities. Present strategies to mitigate these risks and drive positive change.
To thrive in this role, you'll need a qualification in ESG and sustainability, demonstrating your commitment to these vital principles, proficiency in both written and verbal English, as effective communication is key. A solid understanding of ESG concepts, frameworks, and best practices to guide our initiatives effectively and familiarity with relevant ESG reporting to ensure transparency and accountability.
