Our client is looking to recruit a proactive and creative Digital Marketing Specialist to manage and grow the company's online's digital presence in alignment with branding guidelines and business objectives. Working closely with decision-makers, it is expected to execute strategies to enhance brand engagement and achieve company goals while taking full ownership of digital marketing activities.
Key Duties and Responsibilities:
The main key responsibilities include managing digital marketing strategies, creating and curating media content, executing and tracking digital campaigns, generating leads, and reporting metrics. Additional duties involve budgeting, timesheet management, organizing internal media, and supporting other administrative tasks.
Responsibilities Overview:
- Social Media Management: Curate and schedule content aligned with the company's branding, respond to comments/messages, and manage audience engagement;
- Email Marketing: Develop and manage campaigns using tools like Mailchimp and Active Campaign, maintain mailing lists, and analyse campaign performance;
- Website & SEO: Optimize website content with keyword research, schedule blogs, monitor landing page and site performance, and track keyword rankings;
- Content Creation: Design media using Canva and Photoshop, ensuring consistency with the company's branding, and plan/schedule content across platforms;
- Event Support: Coordinate internal and external marketing events, handling logistics for promotional materials and bookings
Administrative Responsibilities:
- Collaborate on campaign strategies to achieve the company's goals;
- Support and track lead generation efforts across the company solutions;
- Stay updated on industry trends to guide future marketing initiatives;
- Maintain accurate timesheets and update the annual marketing budget, ensuring alignment with financial goals;
- Assist directors and management with daily tasks and administrative support;
- Organise and manage content and media files for streamlined internal access and compliance;
- Coordinate with various departments to ensure marketing aligns with organisational objectives;
- Serve as the primary contact for external marketing activities.
Requirements:
- Diploma or certification in Marketing with 2+ years of experience in a similar digital role;
- Proficient in digital marketing tools, platforms, SEO, and website optimszation;
- Strong analytical skills for tracking metrics and shaping strategies;
- Leadership and organisational abilities to manage projects and collaborate across departments;
- Skilled in graphic design tools (e.g., Canva, Photoshop) and content creation for posts and blogs;
- Familiarity with WordPress and lead management;
- Self-motivated, proactive, and capable of working independently or within a team;
- Excellent communication skills and a results-driven, positive mindset.
