One of our esteemed clients are seeking for a skilled Digital Marketing Specialist to lead and execute the company's digital marketing strategy, encompassing both inbound and outbound tactics. This role involves close collaboration with the Director of Demand Generation and the Sales Team, leveraging support from third-party agencies. The goal is to clearly convey the value's propositions throughout all stages of the sales funnel, from initial engagement to final conversion.

Key responsibilities for the role:

  • Collaborate with the Director of Demand Generation to plan, relaunch, and optimise digital marketing operations;
  • Lead performance-based marketing initiatives;
  • Develop and implement Account Based Marketing strategies in partnership with the Director and Sales Team;
  • Manage all web touchpoints, working closely with the in-house UX/UI Designer and Content Writer to quickly launch digital campaigns, optimised landing pages, website pages, lead magnets, and other sales assets;
  • Oversee the content strategy in collaboration with the Director, coordinating with the content writer to create content for various digital formats, including white papers, blog posts, and lead magnets;
  • Execute email marketing campaigns, including automated sequences;
  • Collaborate with the technical SEO team to optimise the organic reach of key digital touchpoints;
  • Report on the performance of digital marketing activities, comparing results against key performance indicators and ROI;
  • Stay updated on digital and growth marketing trends and innovations;
  • Organise and manage all digital assets for organization-wide use

Skills, Qualifications & Experience:

  • Degree in Marketing or a related field;
  • Proven track record in performance marketing with 5+ years of experience;
  • Demonstrable experience in leading and managing performance marketing efforts, including SEO/SEM, display, social media, content marketing, and email automation;
  • Experience in effectively managing and optimising digital marketing budgets;
  • Proficiency in Account Based Marketing techniques and platforms

Preferred Skills and Experience;

  • Knowledge of the subscription industry or business software applications;
  • Experience with business applications such as ERP systems is advantageous
