Our client is looking to recruit a Design & Creative Executive. Reporting to the Chief Sales Officer and Marketing Coordinator, the Design & Creative Executive will be responsible for developing and delivering creative concepts and visual assets that support the company’s brand identity and its portfolio of brands. The role plays a key part in supporting marketing initiatives and commercial objectives across all channels, ensuring consistent, high-quality output aligned with each brand’s guidelines.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop creative concepts and produce artwork and video content for social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram), digital advertising, YouTube, company fleet branding, website content, email campaigns, and in-store materials such as displays, posters, and promotional signage.
- Adapt and refine creative assets to meet campaign objectives and deadlines.
- Support the development, maintenance, and ongoing updates of the company website.
- Liaise with suppliers to source required artwork and brand assets for campaigns.
- Coordinate with printers, suppliers, and external partners to ensure timely and accurate delivery of materials.
- Ensure all creative output aligns with brand guidelines and marketing strategies.
- Stay up to date with design trends, emerging tools (including AI), and Adobe software updates.
- Undertake additional tasks as required in line with the role.
Key Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field; additional certifications in Graphic Design, digital marketing, PR, or content marketing are considered an asset.
- Minimum of 2 years’ experience in a similar role.
- Experience in campaign execution, event support, and collaboration with creative teams.
- Exposure to POS materials and visual merchandising coordination.
- Experience supporting or coordinating digital marketing campaigns.
- Familiarity with PR practices and media relations is an advantage.
- Strong organisational and project management skills.
- Ability to liaise effectively with internal teams and external partners.
- High attention to detail, with a proactive and results-driven approach.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- A collaborative team player with a creative mindset.
Required Profile:
- Proven experience as a Graphic Designer, with exposure to both digital design and point-of-sale (POS) materials.
- Strong proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite.
- Experience collaborating with suppliers, agencies, and external stakeholders.
- Up-to-date knowledge of design trends and creative tools.
- Excellent time management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
