Our client is looking to recruit a Data Solutions Specialist (Technology & Information Security) join the Technology & Information Security Section.

Job Description
The selected candidate will be responsible for maintaining, enhancing, and creating workflows, functions, and configurations within the organization’s system environments. They will collaborate closely with end-users to maintain, optimise, design, test, and manage complex workflow rules, data validation, and triggers.
Key responsibilities include:
- Documenting implemented workflows, data maps, and all relevant technical considerations.
- Analysing and designing new data maps, providing feasible and effective solutions.
- Delivering data collection and supervisory system projects on time and to a high standard of quality.
- Coordinating with the technology and PMQ teams to ensure full product integration and quality across all related applications and processes.
- Remaining informed about new system features, user challenges, and emerging functionalities.
- Collaborating with technical teams to manage web servers, back-end operational database environments, file-sharing services, and other technologies as required.
- Supporting the Business Intelligence and Analytics teams by providing a clear understanding of operational data architecture and ensuring alignment with ongoing system changes to deliver best-in-class insights and analytics.
Job Requirements
- The candidate must possess either:
An MQF Level 6 qualification in Computer Science with a minimum of four (4) years of relevant experience; or
An MQF Level 5 qualification in Computer Science with at least five (5) years of post-qualification experience.
- Proven experience in administering an Enterprise CRM or ERP platform, including process flow design and implementation.
- Experience working with Enterprise Web Applications, database operations, and SQL within a Microsoft stack environment.
- Fluency in both English and Maltese languages.
- The ideal candidate is expected to be a confident and articulate communicator, capable of fostering strong collaboration across multi-disciplinary teams.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and planning skills, along with a customer-service-oriented approach.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
- The selected individual should be confident in managing highly complex processes involving cross-functional teams.
