Our client, a global service provider for online lottery games, is looking for a Customer Service Representative to ensure excellent customer service levels are maintained and exceeded.

Duties include:

  • Handling phone calls, live chats and email communications in support of customer inquiries
  • Responding to incoming customer inquiries and complaints to ensure customer satisfaction
  • Completing all related paperwork and data entry to high standards and within deadlines.
  • Creatively seek out options, opportunities and choices for customers
  • Selling solutions and delivering results to customers
  • Ensure that quality parameters, procedures and policies established by the company are followed

The ideal candidate will be fluent in English and have strong verbal and written communication skills. At least one year of experience in a customer service position is preferred. Must be able to work shift work, including frequent night shifts. The package offered for this position is €23,000.
