Our client is a well-known dynamic organisation operating within the transportation and logistics industry, who truly believes that each individual within the company compliments the company’s overall success. They are currently looking for a new team member to join their Customer Support team.

As a Customer Support Agent, you will be providing excellent customer service at all times and your key responsibilities will include the below:

  • Handle incoming calls and respond to customers’ emails
  • Communicate with customers through different means
  • Identify and assess the needs of clients, address issues, and offer solutions
  • Resolve complaints in a professional manner
  • Advise on company services and provide information accordingly
  • Promote the company’s services and generate customer interest
  • Other day-to-day related duties

If you are a customer-oriented individual with excellent communication skills and fluent in both Maltese and English, then this role is ideal for you!

Candidates for this role must have a minimum of O’level standard of education with passes in Maltese, English and Mathematics and also ECDL qualification. Experience within a call centre environment or similar will be considered an asset.

This is a Monday to Sunday shift-based position therefore interested candidates must be willing to work shifts between 7am and 7pm from Monday to Sunday, including public holidays.
