Our client, a company which operates in telecommunications is looking for a customer support representative. 


Responsibilities include:

  • Be the customers’ first line of support, handling enquires in a professional manner
  • Take care of complaints professionally
  • Providing valid and accurate responses to customers
  • Any other duties required by the management occasionally

The chosen candidate must be available to work on a 24/7 schedule, including weekends and public holidays. This role offers a hybrid arrangement: mornings are onsite, while weekends, public holidays, afternoons, and nights are remote.
