The primary role of this position is to:

  • Handle requests directed to the After Sales function and provide guidance to clients as required;
  • The candidate will be responsible for various administrative tasks within the Customer Service department which include coordinating customer technical appointments based on designated route schedules, managing email correspondence, managing phone calls, facilitating after-sales appointments and other related office responsibilities;
  • This includes processing job cards, spare part orders, cashiering tasks, and any other duties necessary for an efficient operation. The goal is to consistently uphold the department's standard operating procedures and ensure seamless customer service;
  • Ensure exceptional customer service by delivering accurate information promptly and offering timely support to clients;
  • Actively contribute to scheduling technical appointments for after-sales services, optimizing organizational resources by effectively coordinating technician schedules while prioritizing customer needs;
  • Maintain close communication with the technical team, logistics, and spare parts departments to deliver comprehensive and high-quality service consistently;
  • Handle general office tasks, including processing job cards, issuing warranty certificates, managing email correspondence, and other administrative duties;
  • Perform cashiering responsibilities and follow up on necessary actions until customer jobs are satisfactorily completed;
  • Promote positive teamwork by collaborating with colleagues and directly liaising with the line manager;
  • Demonstrate confidence, maturity, tact, and diplomacy in all interactions;
  • Full fill additional duties and responsibilities as assigned by the Head of Department and adapt to organizational needs, fostering an environment of openness, trust, and continuous feedback and coaching for performance improvement.

Experience and Education:

  • Full time indefinite employment;
  • Education Level of MQF Level 4 or better;
  • Fluency in the Maltese and English languages, knowledge of Sage, Shireburn and / or other field service platforms.
