On behalf of our client we are looking to recruit a Customer Relations Officer a customer- focused individual to join the team. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring a seamless customer experience following the completion of a sale. This includes coordinating orders, deliveries, installations, and after-sales support while maintaining regular communication with clients and ensuring their requests are handled efficiently and professionally.
Key Responsibilities:
- Ensure a positive and professional customer experience throughout the post-sales journey.
- Maintain regular communication with customers, providing updates on the status of their orders.
- Coordinate and assist with delivery and installation arrangements.
- Handle customer enquiries and resolve issues in a timely and efficient manner.
- Monitor and follow up on after-sales requests, ensuring customer needs are addressed promptly.
- Liaise with internal departments to ensure smooth execution of customer orders and services.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers through excellent service and communication.
Requirements:
- Strong organisational and time management skills.
- Customer-oriented mindset with a commitment to delivering excellent service.
- Excellent communication and telephone skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and general computer literacy.
- Fluency in English; knowledge of Maltese will be considered an asset.
- Reliable, professional, and flexible approach to work.
- Previous experience in a customer service, customer relations, or administrative role will be considered an advantage.
- Currently residing in Malta.
