Are you customer oriented and passionate about providing the best service? One of our clients in the furniture industry is looking for a Customer Relations Officer to ensure that clients receive the best after-sales experience.
Main responsibilities:
- Informing clients of the progress of their orders.
- Supporting the whole after-sales process including delivery and installation.
- Be the point of contact with clients managing queries and complaints.
The ideal candidate is fluent in English and Maltese, customer-oriented, and has excellent verbal and written communication skills. He/she has knowledge of Microsoft Office and is currently living in Malta. Experience in similar roles would be considered an asset.
Working hours: shared roster Monday to Friday from 8:00 to 19:00, and some Saturdays from 9:00 to 13:00hrs.
