Our esteemed Client is currently searching for a driven, reliable candidate to take on the role of Customer Care Executive to join their team.
- Collaboratively establish benchmarks for service improvement and performance indicators, and execute action plans and audit procedures accordingly.
- Monitor, analyse and report on mystery shopper and customer feedback, identifying areas for enhancement.
- Employ critical thinking skills to scrutinize issues and identify opportunities for improvement, making informed decisions based on patterns and observation.
- Generate monthly summary report on Customer Service, experience, and information.
- Demonstrate the ability to anticipate and proactively address potential complain situations, effectively resolving them or taking necessary steps to prevent them.
- Support area Managers in enhancing processes, providing coaching, training requirements for their team and others.
- Conduct quarterly audits to assess compliance with the contract terms concerning machinery, instruments, and employee’s appearance.
- Conduct weekly visits to terminals and special points to assess possible alterations that should be done for company and client benefit.
- Oversee the content management of internet review sites.
- Display excellent cost control skills, adhering to established targets.
- Exercise proactive problem-solving skills to identify and mitigate potential issues that could lead to complaints.
The ideal candidate should possess a professional qualification in Customer Experience, Marketing, Business, or a relevant discipline, as well as excellent skills in written and verbal English. The candidate should have at least 2 years of experience in a similar position, especially in customer service, experience in the transport sector is considered an asset. Offered package in the region of €25,000.
