Our client is looking to recruit a Customer Care Agent within their team.
Main Duties & Responsibilities:
- Respond to customer inquiries via phone calls in a timely and courteous manner;
- Handle customer messages across various platforms such as Facebook, web chats, and email;
- Address complaints professionally and escalate them appropriately when needed;
- Record all customer interactions and complaints in the internal system, ensuring proper follow-up with relevant departments;
- Maintain expected standards for call handling time and service quality;
- Support front desk operations as a backup receptionist when required;
- Work flexible hours, including shifts as scheduled;
- Perform any additional duties as may be required in response to business needs.
Candidate Requirements:
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both Maltese and English;
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and Word;
- Minimum educational level of O-Level;
- A proactive and positive attitude;
- Willingness to work flexible shifts and embrace continuous learning;
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team;
- High attention to detail and accuracy in completing tasks;
- Strong problem-solving abilities;
- Creativity and a customer-first mindset, with a willingness to go the extra mile.
