Operating in numerous countries, our client is a leading international provider offering excellent business services to their clients, key services such as HR, accounting, tax, corporate and fund administration. As their business is growing, our client is seeking to recruit a Corporate Administrator!

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support clients with matters of corporate and trust administration.
  • Preparation of draft corporate and trust documentation.
  • Contact with Registrar of Companies and Tax authorities.
  • Up keeping of corporate and trust files, KYC and Compliance.
  • Registration and administration of company and clients.
  • Coordinating liquidations and strike-offs of clients.
  • Keeping up to date on changes in the legislation and regulation with regard to corporate administration.

We are looking for an experienced candidate in the field of administration, legal / corporate or fiduciary. Experience with KYC and AML considered an asset. Possessing a relevant qualification in Business Administration or Legal would also be advantageous.
