Main Responsibilities

- Write and edit copy for various channels, ensuring content is free from errors, grammatically correct, and optimised for SEO.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to devise content strategies that align with business goals and audience preferences.
- Craft compelling narratives and stories that resonate emotionally with our audience.
- Work closely with the design team to ensure written content complements visual elements effectively.
- Assist the Sales team in refining their email content to maintain a consistent message and tone across all communications.
- Review and edit content for accuracy, consistency, and clarity across platforms and touchpoints.
- Implement SEO best practices to enhance the discoverability and visibility of our content.
- Manage social media accounts, ensuring timely delivery of creatives from designers or third parties.
The ideal candidate should have a Bachelor's degree in Marketing, English, Journalism, or a related field. They need proven experience in writing and editing, with a focus on creating engaging content. Understanding SEO and using tools like WordPress is important. They must be good at research and meeting deadlines in a fast-paced environment. Creativity, adaptability, and a love for storytelling are key. Knowing social media and having a portfolio of writing samples is a plus.
