We are seeking a potential candidate to take on the role of Compliance & Financial Crime Manager. The selected candidate will form part of a leading financial institution offering high quality and tailored services to personal and business customers. This offers the opportunity to enter a role within a reputable Bank and form part of a group of dedicated and inspired individuals.
Key Responsibilities:
- Managing daily projects in relation to Customer Due Diligence (CDD).
- Carry out AML / CFT oversight for local and international operations.
- Advising customer's on PEP's.
- Liaising closely with the HOD in updating relevant programmes and carrying out Business, Customer and Jurisdictional Risk Assessments.
- Conducting risk reports and taking action.
- Ensuring an FCC perspective when onboarding new customers.
- Continuously working to improve policies and procedures to ensure the company meets the legal and regulatory expectations.
- Maintaining a good understanding of new regulatory adaptations.
Requirements:
- MQF Level 5 or higher in Financial Crime Compliance, Finance or related qualification. ICA / ACAMs qualification.
- Minimum of 5 years experience within Financial Crime Compliance. Ideally within the Banking industry, however candidates experienced within CSP, Payments or Trust are encouraged to apply.
- Key Leadership skills.
