Main Responsibilities

  • Assist in the development, implementation, and maintenance of compliance policies and procedures to ensure adherence to regulatory requirements.
  • Support the implementation of the Group's compliance monitoring programme for ongoing compliance oversight.
  • Collaborate with all departments on compliance-related matters, including anti-money laundering (AML) and counter-financing of terrorism (CFT) efforts.
  • Assist in the timely completion and submission of annual statutory filings (e.g., REQ, ACR).
  • Coordinate regulatory audits, inspections, and visits to ensure compliance with relevant standards.
  • Conduct regular customer file reviews and report findings to the Group's MLRO and Compliance Office.
  • Report on all compliance-related matters, including AML and CFT activities, to the relevant stakeholders.
  • Evaluate and challenge current compliance practices, providing recommendations for improvements based on industry best practices.

The ideal candidate should possess previous experience in a similar compliance or regulatory role, along with a strong understanding of the TCSP industry and its regulatory landscape. They should be detail-oriented with a solid analytical mindset, capable of identifying risks and ensuring effective compliance measures. Fluency in English is essential, and proficiency in IT systems and software applications is required to support daily operations. A passion for compliance and a proactive approach to regulatory challenges will be key to success in this role.
