On behalf of our client, we are seeking a Commercial Insurance Associate who is a driven and self‑motivated individual with a strong interest in sales to join their Commercial Insurance team. This role offers an exciting opportunity to work closely with some of Malta’s leading businesses while contributing to a dynamic, people‑focused environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Build and maintain strong business relationships with commercial clients
- Meet clients to gather information and assess their insurance needs
- Provide tailored insurance solutions and guide customers through purchasing decisions
- Clearly explain policy terms, coverage, and conditions to ensure client understanding
- Prepare and process insurance documentation accurately and efficiently
- Collaborate with team members to deliver a consistent and high‑quality client experience
About You
- Enjoys working with people and delivering excellent customer service
- Organised, detail‑oriented, and eager to learn
- Interested in sales, advisory work, and client relationship management
- Comfortable communicating with clients from diverse industries
- Works well within a team and thrives in a fast‑paced environment
Qualifications:
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, with confidence in client interactions
- Motivated, goal‑oriented, and genuinely passionate about sales
- Good IT proficiency, including Microsoft Windows, Word, and Excel
- Solid educational background (Advanced Level or equivalent)
- Previous experience in insurance or customer care is considered an advantage
