Reporting to the college director, responsibilities include:
- Upkeeping of accounting / financial records
- Maintaining college funds and accounts payable and receivable
- Taking care of daily cash management and handling
- Monthly reconciliation of bank statements
- Managing annual budget and helping out in financial planning
- Helping with updating and reviewing of policies in relation to the accounting and administrative sections
- Managing tenders and other administrative duties
