Our client is one of Malta's leading law firms who offer an array of legal services to both local and international clients and are now seeking to grow their finance team with the acquisition of a Clients Accounts Officer and Clients Accounts Executive.
Reporting to the financial controller, responsibilities include:
- Taking care of client’s requests linked to accounting
- Handling of VAT statements
- Working with auditors to guarantee deadlines are met
- Helping out with billing and onboarding of new clients
- Formulating management accounts
The ideal candidate for the clients accounts officer role is either in the beginning stages OR interested in enrolling for an ACCA / AAT qualification. Additionally, he/she experience working with client accounting and in a corporate service provider setting will be considered an asset.
The ideal candidate for the clients accounts executive must be in an advanced stage of the ACCA (or similar) qualification. Additionally, he/she must have experience working in a similar role.
