StreetHR is proud to be supporting a leading organisation in Malta in the search of a driven Chief Financial Officer to join their team of professionals. Working together with the company’s CEO, as the CFO you will be heading the overall finance function of the business, whereby you will be leading the decision-making process of finance related issues impacting the organisation along with continuously providing strategic financial input. This role will also offer operational responsibilities, including procurements, legal, HR and other aspects to the role.
Apart from this, the key responsibilities of the role will also include the following:
- Develop and implement strategies for the operation infrastructure of systems and processes in collaboration with the management team;
- Determine KPIs of several teams and ensure that such KPIs are being met;
- Deliver accurate analysis of budgets, financial reports and financial trends;
- Educate department managers on the financial issues affecting department budgets in order to conduct improvements in the budgeting process;
- Act as a financial advisor;
- Lead the development, communication and implementation of effective growth strategies and quality standard processes;
