We are looking for an experienced Chief Financial Officer (CFO) responsible for overseeing and driving all aspects of financial management and planning, including, budgeting, forecasting, and analysis.  The  CFO will play a crucial role in strategic decision-making and risk management,  providing financial insights and guidance to drive the company's overall financial performance and operational excellence.

As Chief Financial Officer (CFO) you will be responsible to:

- Drive the financial strategy and planning, developing and implementing comprehensive financial strategies aligned with the company's objectives and long-term vision.

- Lead the annual budgeting process and provide regular forecasts to support informed decision-making.

- Prepare and present accurate and timely financial statements, reports, and analyses to the board of directors.

- Conduct financial reviews and risk assessments to identify opportunities for improvement.

- Manage the company's capital structure, ensuring optimal utilisation of resources and maintaining a healthy financial position.

- Implement effective risk management policies and procedures to safeguard the company's assets and ensure compliance with relevant regulations.

- Lead a high-performing finance team, fostering a culture of collaboration, innovation, and continuous improvement.

- Communicate financial results and insights to internal and external stakeholders, including investors, analysts, and regulatory authorities.

Skills and Experience we are looking for include:

- Proven experience as a CFO or in a similar executive financial leadership role.

- Strong knowledge of financial management, accounting principles, and strategic planning.

- In depth knowledge of corporate financial law and risk management practices.

- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, and forecasting methods.  with the ability to make sound financial decisions.

- Exceptional organisational,  communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively at all levels of the organization.

- Strong leadership skills, demonstrating highly ethical and professional competence.

- Proficient in the use of financial management software

- Demonstrated leadership experience in building and managing high-performing teams.

- Master's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or a related field.  CPA Warrant Holder.
