Lead the financial strategy of our client’s dynamic company as CFO. Drive performance, ensure fiscal responsibility, and support diverse operations across industries.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement financial plans, budgets, and key performance indicators (KPIs) to advance organizational objectives.
- Conduct financial analysis and forecasting to provide valuable insights into business operations.
- Prepare accurate financial reports for the board and stakeholders, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards.
- Identify and mitigate financial risks, establishing internal controls to safeguard assets.
- Manage cash flow and liquidity, oversee investment strategies, and optimize capital structure efficiency.
- Evaluate financing options and propose strategies for growth and shareholder value enhancement.
- Formulate tax planning strategies and ensure compliance with tax laws and regulations.
- Lead and supervise the finance team, manage accounting tasks, and maintain financial system integrity.
- Engage with executives and stakeholders, effectively communicating financial performance and opportunities.
- Direct financial due diligence for mergers, acquisitions, or partnerships, providing negotiation expertise.
- Ensure compliance with legal and ethical standards, fostering an ethical environment within finance.
- Demonstrate a proven track record in high-level financial leadership, with strong analytical abilities and effective communication skills.
The ideal candidate should possess a Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or a related field, with an MBA or CPA considered advantageous. They should have substantial experience in increasingly challenging financial roles, with at least 10 years in a CFO or comparable position. Additionally, they should have a track record of managing finances for a company operating across diverse industries.
