Our client is looking to recruit a Chief Financial Controller to join their management team. The Chief Financial Controller oversees the financial operations of the company’s hotels and restaurants, ensuring compliance, accuracy, and efficiency in financial management. This strategic role involves managing cash flow, preparing and analysing financial reports, ensuring regulatory compliance, and providing actionable insights to support executive decision-making.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Managing cash flow, budgets, and financial planning;
  • Overseeing audits, ensuring compliance with tax and licensing requirements;
  • Monitoring internal controls, financial performance, and risk management;
  • Compiling and presenting accurate financial reports to guide strategy;
  • Driving cost-saving initiatives and operational efficiency improvements.

Requirements:

  • Extensive experience in hospitality financial management;
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, OPERA Materials Control, Symphony PMS, Oracle Cloud PMS, and Shireburn Software;
  • Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and proven leadership abilities;
  • Expertise in compliance, auditing, and financial reporting within the hospitality sector.
