The Business Technology Advisor plays a crucial role within the Customer Success team, driving the growth of the company's business in alignment with the company's strategic goals.
Our esteemed client is looking to recruit a Business Technology Manager to join their dynamic team.
Main Key Responsibilities:
- Achieving revenue targets and customer satisfaction by excelling in sales and relationship management with clients and prospects;
- Developing and managing a pipeline of opportunities to meet the company short - and long-term commercial goals;
- Engaging regularly with clients and prospects, establishing connections with key decision-makers;
- Communicating the benefits of new digital technologies and their potential to revolutionise business operations;
- Understanding clients' pain points and business needs through effective communication;
- Identifying opportunities from client engagements and crafting tailored proposals to meet their needs;
- Guiding opportunities to successful closure through coordination of pre-sales activities, consistent follow-up, and effective negotiation;
- Reporting the status of opportunities to the Management team via the Company’s CRM system and other methods, escalating when necessary;
- Assisting in the development and execution of marketing and business development strategies, particularly for new business and emerging revenue streams in line with the company’s growth strategy;
- Coordinating with internal teams and external suppliers to ensure timely and accurate service delivery.
The Business Technology Advisor is also tasked with fostering strong relationships with existing customers through regular, consistent interactions, enhancing the perception of the company and broadening awareness of its services.
Key requirements for the role:
- Strong understanding of the latest technology trends and the ability to communicate their business value to CxO and IT decision-makers;
- Excellent communication and articulation skills to build trust with customers;
- A team player who collaborates effectively with colleagues to achieve shared goals;
- Strong oral and written communication, along with presentation skills;
- Exceptional organisational, prioritisation, and time management skills to meet yearly objectives;
- Integrity and honesty, with a commitment to delivering on promises;
- A minimum of 2 years of experience in selling complex business and IT consulting services to local and/or iGaming customers;
- Willingness to travel and attend industry events as required.
