Our well esteemed client are looking to recruit a Business Analyst within their team. The candidate will be responsible for the focusing of the efficiency creation.
Main duties and Responsibilities:
- Oversee and manage contracts with airline partners and other stakeholders;
- Ensure compliance with contractual obligations and identify opportunities for contract optimisation;
- Develop and maintain a contract management system to track key dates and deliverables;
- Analyse current processes to identify areas of revenue bleed and implement cost reduction strategies;
- Collaborate with finance and operations teams to streamline processes and improve financial performance;
- Develop and utilise analytical tools for data analysis and reporting;
- Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned airline partners;
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring their needs are met and addressing any issues promptly;
- Work closely with clients to understand their requirements and provide tailored solutions;
- Conduct regular performance reviews and feedback sessions with clients;
- Lead cross-functional projects aimed at improving operational efficiency and reducing costs;
- Collaborate with department heads to implement process improvements and ensure alignment with company goals;
- Conduct regular analysis of financial and operational data to identify trends, variances, and opportunities for improvement;
- Prepare detailed reports and presentations for senior management to support decision-making;
- Identify potential risks related to contracts and operations and develop mitigation strategies;
- Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements and industry standards
Requirements and Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, or a related field;
- 2-4 years of experience in business analysis, contract management, or a similar role;
- Strong analytical skills, with the ability to interpret complex data and make informed decisions;
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with both finance professionals and operational staff;
- Proven experience in client management and relationship building;
- Demonstrated leadership capabilities and a proactive 'can-do' attitude;
- Experience in the aviation or ground handling industry is a plus but not required;
- Proficiency in analytical tools such as Excel, SQL, and Tableau
