One of our high esteemed clients is looking to recruit brand managers within their organisation.

Duties & Responsibilities:

- Develop and oversee the execution of comprehensive business and marketing plans;

- Serve as the primary contact for suppliers, with occasional travel requirements;

- Manage local market brand ownership and strategic initiatives;

- Oversee stock management, including the introduction of new products and discontinuation of underperforming items;

- Ensure effective stock rotation and monitor product best-before dates;

- Conduct competitive analysis to identify market trends and opportunities;

- Create and manage trade and consumer offers to drive business growth;

- Collaborate closely with Sales and Marketing Managers on setting goals, objectives, and executing strategic plans;

- Contribute to the development of sales team targets;

- Maintain updated supplier price lists to ensure competitive pricing;

- Monitor and analyse brand profitability, implementing strategies to enhance financial performance;

- Maintain regular communication with the retail team to manage brand stock levels in company-operated stores.

Reporting directly into the CSO, the candidates should preferably have experience in food and beverage and confectionary.
